Core Service Agreement

- Wellness, Not Medicine: HELDIU is a lifestyle and nutrition guidance platform. We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or cures.
- Consult Your Doctor: Our guidance compliments, but never replaces, the advice of your physician, especially if you have chronic conditions.
User Eligibility & Accounts
By using HELDIU, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- The information you provide (health history, lifestyle assessment) is accurate and complete.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access.
Payments & Refunds
Program Fees
Fees are charged for the personalised planning and expert access. All payments must be completed prior to the start of your program.
Refund Policy
Due to the personalised nature of our work, we generally do not offer refunds once the custom plan has been generated and delivered. However, if you have issues with service quality, please contact our grievance officer immediately.
Limitation of Liability
HELDIU and its experts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Your use of (or inability to use) the service.
- Any health outcomes resulting from the implementation of lifestyle changes without proper medical supervision.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurgaon, Haryana.
