How to Request Deletion
To initiate a data deletion request, please follow these steps:
Email Us
Send an email to care@heldiu.com from your registered email address.
Subject Line
Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request - [Your Name]
Confirmation
Our team will verify your identity to prevent unauthorised erasure and confirm the initiation of the process within 48 hours.
Timeline & Process
Immediate Action
Your account will be deactivated, and your data will be removed from active systems within 7 days.
Backup Purge
Data residing in secure backups will be fully overwritten within our standard 30-day purge cycle.
What We May Retain
To comply with standard legal and business obligations in India, we may retain limited transaction records for a requisite period. This is strictly limited to:
- Basic transaction history.
- Records of your consent.
Your extensive health & lifestyle profile is NEVER retained after deletion.
Completion
Once the process is complete, you will receive a final confirmation email stating that your data has been permanently erased from our servers.
